Oneirology has always thrilled me, it really excites me whenever I
study dreams. All these happened when my closest friend, Michael,
claimed to see himself writing in his dream and in reality he wrote on
a paper. Can I say it was just a joke? But I believe Michael to an

Dreams are series of images, more precisely, a video of scenes that
comes to play involuntarily and unconsciously while we are asleep.

A person can have an average of 3-5 dreams per sleep although some
might have 7.


Dreams occur during the RAPID EYE MOVEMENT. It is a stage when the
eyes are moving rapidly and the brain is working actively. A dream can
last an average of 20-30 minutes.

From my study, I have discovered dreams are controlled by our
thoughts, worry and what we meditate on before sleeping. Many schools
of thought believe dreams are controlled by a great influence most
especially, the spiritual...

Dreams encourages creativity and its benefits cannot be overemphasized.
